How often do you post out?
Pendants will post out within 5 days of ordering, we custom make these. All other items are posted out twice a week. If you have a specific, urgent request please put a note in the comments on checkout.
How is my order posted?
Your order is sent airmail via Australia Post. Please note we cannot take responsibility for orders lost in the mail.
Payment
Payment is by paypal. Postage is added at checkout. Paypal does the currency conversion for you.
Pet free environment?
Sorry no, smoke free yes, but I have cats and a dog, though they don't cut the fabric out or help anymore, it was just getting too difficult.
